The 2nd pillar (Berufliche Vorsorge, or BVG) is workplace pension cover, compulsory once you earn more than CHF 22,680 a year. The employee share runs from about 3.5% to 9% of gross depending on your age and your employer's plan. Unlike social insurance, this money is saved into your own pension account rather than paid as tax, so the calculator leaves BVG out given how much it differs between employers.
